Sorry for no posts for a while. Been in the hospital for a(nother) surgery. My guts blew up the day after my first race (unrelated), so I had one surgery to sort out the mess & let them heal, and, recently, another to put them back together. That's also my excuse for no other races this spring.
I've got the S.U.B about done (bars wrapped, new rear tire, seat laced), will be signing up for the Ore to Shore race in August (to focus my recovery), and starting my next training program in a few weeks when the doctors say I'm ready.
